Bilingual Client Experience Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Client Experience Associate in Idaho.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, capture incoming leads, take orders, and schedule appointments
• Forward messages to clients while working in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a regular work schedule of 40 hours per week, including at least 8 hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Above-average computer skills, including typing proficiency
• Willingness to complete an introductory learning and development phase
• Experience in customer service is preferred
