Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to independent agents, ensuring exceptional agent experiences and client success
• Assist independent business owners in developing skills and achieving business goals
• Monitor agent performance and contact trends, escalating concerns for effective resolution

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of contact center/BPO or comparable customer service experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, proficient in written and spoken communication
• Mastery of computer basics, including Microsoft products
• Ability to type 35+ words per minute and maintain a stable internet connection
