Bilingual Client Services Representative
Job Summary
Providing high-level customer service, the full-time remote Bilingual Client Services Representative will support transactions from application submission to loan contract verification and funding while assisting both merchants and consumers with their inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Process consumer loan application information and provide decision responses from underwriting
- Verify loan contracts and escalate any issues promptly to supervisors
- Assist clients with troubleshooting the UCFS Application Portal and ensure timely follow-up on scheduled callbacks
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Call center or customer service experience preferred
- Fluency in Spanish is required
- Experience with data entry, maintaining an accuracy rate of 95% or above
- Strong service skills and a desire to assist customers effectively
