Job Summary
To support a dynamic Client Success team, the full-time Bilingual Client Success Associate will engage with clients in Portuguese and English, focusing on onboarding, demonstrating Gartner's value, and enhancing client relationships in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead prospect and client calls to understand their priorities and articulate the value of Gartner's products and services
- Collaborate with Sales teams to effectively demonstrate Gartner resources and increase client engagement
- Research companies and executives to tailor Gartner resources that drive client impact
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese
- 6+ months of relevant professional or internship experience with a focus on client success
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to demonstrate agility and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
