Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier support via phone to clients on the Debt Management Program
- Manage proposals, payments, deposits, and creditor communications
- Encourage and motivate clients throughout their financial journey
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Associate's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience
- Strong sense of professionalism when supporting clients through sensitive financial situations
- Tech-savvy with experience in Windows-based systems and CRM tools
