Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Client Success Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-tier support via phone to clients on the Debt Management Program
  • Manage proposals, payments, deposits, and creditor communications
  • Proactively review client accounts to identify and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Associate's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience
  • Strong sense of professionalism when supporting clients through sensitive financial situations
  • Tech-savvy with experience in Windows-based systems and CRM tools
