Job Summary
Supporting clients enrolled in a Debt Management Program, the full-time Bilingual Client Success Specialist will provide exceptional service through phone interactions, manage client accounts, and collaborate across departments in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide top-tier support via phone to clients on the Debt Management Program
- Manage client accounts, including proposals, payments, and creditor communications
- Proactively review client accounts to identify and resolve issues while ensuring compliance with regulations
Required qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Strong professionalism when supporting clients through sensitive financial situations
- Tech-savvy with experience in Windows-based systems and CRM tools
- Comfort with basic financial calculations and reviewing financial documents
