Job Summary
To enhance customer satisfaction, the full-time remote Bilingual Client Support Manager will collaborate with installers, manage project pipelines, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service and resolve inquiries or concerns
- Strategically partner with installers to enhance the customer experience
- Manage a pipeline of projects to ensure timely completion and conduct due diligence checks
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
- Knowledge in solar, mortgage, and finance
- Proficient with Excel and data analysis
- Ability to manage projects from start to finish
- Strong ability to multi-task and work independently
