Bilingual Clinical Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Clinical Pharmacist (Temp-to-Hire).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level medication therapy consultations to patients and providers
• Review and evaluate patient medication profiles and promote adherence
• Supervise the Clinical Care support team and assist with training new team members

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited college/university
• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing; multiple state licenses are a plus
• Bilingual fluency in English and either Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Korean
• Completion of a PGY-1 residency or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of chronic disease states and the ability to assess prescriptions appropriately
