Bilingual Clinical Pharmacist

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare technology company, the temp-to-hire Bilingual Clinical Pharmacist will engage with patients and providers over the phone to optimize medication therapy, conduct medication reviews, and deliver clinical services while working remotely in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Engaging patients to deliver clinical services, including Medication Therapy Management and adherence counseling
• Reviewing and documenting patient data in the software platform while preparing reports on patient care
• Coaching Clinical Care team members and supporting the orientation of new Virtual Pharmacist users

Required qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited college/university
• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing, with bilingual fluency in English and either Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese
• Knowledge of chronic disease states and medication management across multiple therapeutic areas
• Experience with CMS quality measures and metrics-driven environments
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace and comfort with collaboration tools
