Job Summary
A company is looking for an English/Spanish Overnight Clinical Technical Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of support cases and guide users through troubleshooting and setup
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, documenting everything in Salesforce
- Host live remote sessions to assist users and escalate cases as necessary
Required Qualifications
- C1/C2 Spanish/English proficiency (CEFR or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support or customer support
- Solid understanding of Windows and basic networking
- Experience documenting cases in a CRM like Salesforce
- Calm and patient demeanor when working with clinicians and biomedical teams
