Bilingual Cloud Onboarding Manager
Job Summary
To support the Cloud Services Department, the remote Bilingual Cloud Onboarding Manager will lead onboarding processes for new cloud service clients, coordinate with technical teams for solution customization, and provide client support during the onboarding phase.
Key responsibilities
- Lead onboarding processes for new cloud service clients, ensuring smooth transition and deployment
- Coordinate with technical teams to configure and customize cloud solutions based on client needs
- Develop and maintain onboarding documentation, training materials, and best practices
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud onboarding, deployment, or related technical project management
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, including Microsoft 365 and other cloud services
- Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in Spanish preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time
- Technical certification in at least 2 relevant areas such as Microsoft 365 Administrator or AI Business Solutions Architect
