Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Ability to read, write, and converse in fluent conversational Spanish is a plus
• Willingness to obtain Professional Collections Specialist (PCS) certification within one year of hire
• Reliable and responsible with a structured work schedule
• Must successfully complete the company collector training program
