Bilingual Collection Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Collection Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound/inbound calls from customers who are 30-120+ days delinquent, setting up repayment arrangements
• Utilize skip tracing and other methods to locate delinquent customers and prepare correspondence
• Work independently to meet collection quality and quantity goals while supporting the company's core principles

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, with 2+ years of collections experience
• Must be available to work between 8am-8pm CST, including two late nights and up to two Saturdays per month
• Excellent phone etiquette and typing skills required
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook; experience with a CRM program is desired
