Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Account Specialist, Collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Service a portfolio of small and medium-sized business (SMB) customer accounts to establish payment plans
• Utilize negotiation skills to assist customers in default and bring them back into good standing
• Document account status and next steps in Salesforce CRM while achieving monthly payment recovery goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of professional customer service experience
• 1+ years of Collections experience
• Bilingual in Spanish (verbal and written)
• Team player who takes initiative to suggest improvements on current processes
