Bilingual Collections Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Bilingual Collections Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls to collect on past-due accounts while providing exceptional customer service in a remote work environment within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, Arizona.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound calls to collect on overdue accounts
• Deliver top-tier support and service to customers
• Participate in mandatory virtual training and adhere to scheduled shifts

Required qualifications:

• Customer service and prior collections experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Proficiency in computer and typing skills, with experience in a call center environment
• Must be 18 years or older
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred for a pay increase
