Bilingual Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Collections Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and accept incoming calls regarding past due accounts
• Secure payments on accounts that are past due
• Maintain confidentiality and provide professional customer service

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years previous call center experience
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Knowledge of FDCPA preferred
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
