Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Collections / Repayment Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and collect on defaulted accounts in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate with clients to negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding balances
• Investigate non-payment situations and recommend appropriate solutions

Required Qualifications

• Fluently bilingual (French/English) - required
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in collections, receivables, or credit
• Comfortable working with financial data and reports
• Professional, ethical, and customer-focused approach
• Experience in financial services or lending environments is preferred
