Bilingual Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Representative - Bi-lingual Spanish Speaking - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate collection calls and arrange payments for outstanding balances
• Manage a large volume of patient accounts and provide updates to management
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA standards while handling protected health information (PHI)

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred
• Conversant in Spanish and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Motivated by weekly goals and monthly quotas
• High level of integrity and dependability
