Bilingual Collections Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely within a 60-mile radius of El Paso, the full-time Bilingual Collections Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls to collect on past due accounts while providing exceptional customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound calls to collect on overdue accounts
• Deliver top-tier support and service to customers
• Participate in mandatory virtual training and adhere to scheduled shifts

Required qualifications

• Customer service and prior collections experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Proficient in computer and typing skills, with experience in a call center environment
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work with AI-enabled tools and adapt to evolving workflows
