Bilingual Collections Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely within a 60-mile radius of Draper, Utah, the full-time Bilingual Collections Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls to collect on past-due accounts while providing exceptional customer support.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to collect on overdue accounts
• Deliver top-tier support and service to customers
• Participate in a mandatory 5-week virtual training program

Required qualifications:

• Prior customer service and collections experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Proficiency in computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software applications
• Must be 18 years or older
• Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred for bilingual pay increase
