Bilingual Collections Representative

Job Summary

To support client relationships, the full-time Bilingual Collections Representative will resolve billing disputes, enhance payment outcomes, and provide exceptional customer service while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify the root causes of overdue invoices
• Leverage established systems and processes to resolve unpaid invoices
• Develop professional relationships with internal and external clients, ensuring open communication and trust

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of experience in collections, payment application, credit, accounts payable, or a related finance field
• Bilingual in French and English is required
• Excellent command of written and spoken French
