Bilingual Collections Representative

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Collections Representative who will manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls, negotiate payment arrangements, and exceed performance metrics in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high-volume calls with professionalism while negotiating payment terms with consumers
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Consistently meet and exceed performance metrics related to quality and collections

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Fluency in English and conversational Spanish is a plus
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
• Willingness to obtain Professional Collections Specialist (PCS) certification within one year of hire
• Steady call center experience preferred, but collections experience is not required
