Bilingual Collections Representative

Job Summary

To support the growing demand for vehicle financing solutions, the full-time Bilingual Collections Representative will manage customer accounts, facilitate collections, and provide exceptional service in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely collections and resolve outstanding balances
• Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish to facilitate payment arrangements
• Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of customer communications and payment statuses

Required qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Experience in collections or customer service roles
• Strong understanding of financial products and services
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or business is a plus
