Bilingual Collections Representative

Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the Remote Bilingual Collections Representative will manage outbound and incoming calls regarding past due accounts and secure payments while working from home in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and handle incoming inquiries related to past due accounts
• Secure payments on accounts that are overdue through effective communication
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional phone etiquette during interactions

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of previous collections or call center experience
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
• Knowledge of FDCPA preferred
• Strong customer service aptitude and solid negotiating skills
