Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Solutions Specialist Bilingual Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and proactively contact members with delinquent consumer loans to arrange for payment
• Set up workout payment plans and identify candidates for financial hardship assistance
• Perform collection activities, including light skip-tracing and managing account restrictions

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish - Fluent required
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 6 months experience in an outbound call, service-focused call center environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations such as the FDCPA, UDAAP, and Reg Z
