Bilingual Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact delinquent customers and make collection calls in a fast-paced environment
• Monitor and maintain assigned accounts, process customer payments, and resolve discrepancies
• Set up repayment plans and handle customer inquiries related to applications and payments

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in collections
• Experience in consumer loans and knowledge of FDCPA and CFPB regulations
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Recovery and collections experience preferred
• Ability to work in a small team and willingness to work Saturdays
