Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Collections Specialist responsible for resolving overdue bills and collecting payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Increase the collection of outstanding payments within the personal finance department
• Identify accounts with overdue payments and find solutions to bring loans to a current status
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections
• Prior telemarketing experience with financial products preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented
