Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Collections Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve overdue bills and collect payments from individuals or businesses
• Identify accounts with overdue payments and provide solutions to bring loans current
• Maintain collection and metric goals through outbound/inbound client calls

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections
• Knowledgeable in sales, negotiation, and persuasion tools
• Prior telemarketing experience with financial products preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
