Bilingual Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Loan Servicing Collections Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily communications and servicing of past-due accounts through inbound and outbound calls, emails, SMS, and online chats
• Maintain successful relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and professional collections tactics
• Ensure adherence to Loan Servicing guidelines and manage personal performance to meet KPI goals

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Loan Servicing, preferably in collections
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Call Center experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
