Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Loan Servicing Collections Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist past-due clients to improve overall portfolio health through communication and payment plans
• Maintain successful relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and adhering to loan servicing guidelines
• Handle escalated customer service issues and consistently meet performance management goals

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• 3+ years of experience in Loan Servicing, preferably in collections
• Experience in a call center environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
