Bilingual Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Specialist (Bilingual - English/Spanish).

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound phone and email efforts to collect on past due invoices
• Perform skip-tracing using internal and external research tools
• Accurately document all activity and account updates in the CRM

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years collections experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent in reading, writing, and speaking)
• Recent experience with skip tracing tools and techniques
• Proficient with MS Office 365 suite
• Ability to work 8:00am to 4:00pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday
