Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Collections Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for collections activities
• Utilize negotiating and customer service skills to achieve positive results
• Adhere to all applicable laws including FDCPA, FCRA, and HIPAA

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service roles
• Ability to accurately enter and update data in company/client systems
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and Saturdays as needed
