Bilingual Collections Specialist

Job Summary

Resolving overdue bills, the full-time Bilingual Collections Specialist will manage collections processes, conduct outbound/inbound calls with clients, and maintain collection goals in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Increase the collection of outstanding payments within the personal finance department
• Identify accounts with overdue payments and provide solutions to bring loans current
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections
• Prior telemarketing experience with financial products preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented
