Bilingual Collections Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Collections Specialist fluent in Spanish, this remote position will manage the collection of past due accounts in the solar energy sector, utilizing phone and email communications while performing account research and maintenance tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor assigned past due inventory and contact customers to determine necessary actions
• Provide account research and support to customers and other work groups as needed
• Establish payment arrangements and handle inbound customer calls to resolve issues

Required qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in collecting delinquent accounts
• Three to five years of experience in a customer service or call center setting
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel, Office, and Teams
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner
