Job Summary

To support consumers in managing their financial responsibilities, the full-time Remote Bilingual Collections Specialist will engage with clients through inbound and outbound calls, offering solutions and payment options while accurately documenting interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist consumers in understanding their accounts and provide payment solutions
• Manage a high volume of calls while meeting performance goals
• Document all interactions accurately in the system

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
• Ability to navigate sensitive conversations and build trust
