Job Summary

To support consumers in resolving their accounts, the full-time Remote Bilingual Collections Specialist will manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, offering payment options and documenting interactions accurately while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with consumers to clarify account details and propose solutions
• Document all interactions in the system and meet established performance goals
• Provide various payment options, including full balance payments and payment plans

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections role
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
• Ability to navigate sensitive conversations and build trust with consumers
• A reliable and detail-oriented work style
