Bilingual Collections Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance the collection of overdue payments, the full-time Bilingual Collections Specialist will manage client accounts, conduct outbound and inbound calls to resolve debts, and maintain collection goals in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Increase collection of outstanding payments as an individual contributor
• Identify accounts with overdue payments and propose solutions to bring loans current
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections
• Prior telemarketing experience with financial products preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
