Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Commercial Trucking Underwriter (220 License) to provide exceptional underwriting support, answer agency and client inquiries in both English and Spanish, and identify sales opportunities, all while working remotely from outside Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from agencies and clients, providing bilingual support for commercial trucking insurance inquiries
• Review and underwrite commercial trucking insurance applications, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines
• Sell and promote commercial lines trucking insurance by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs

Required Qualifications

• Active 220 Insurance License
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Direct commercial lines trucking insurance underwriting experience
• Minimum of 2 years in a commercial trucking underwriting or similar support role
• Proficiency with agency management systems and CRM software
