Key Responsibilities

• Engage reporters with care and ensure their information is handled appropriately
• Answer calls and follow the intake process with good judgment to meet caller needs
• Guide reporters through interviews, focusing on the quality and accuracy of report details

Required Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills with a strong results orientation
• Ability to remain calm and composed in distressing situations
• Weekend availability; must work at least one weekend day per week
• Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
• Experience using MS Office and navigating proprietary software applications
