Job Summary

To support a high-performance culture, the remote Bilingual Communication Specialist will engage with reporters to capture sensitive information regarding workplace concerns while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Engage reporters with care, ensuring their information is handled appropriately and their experience is valued
• Answer calls promptly, guiding reporters through the intake process while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
• Assist with special projects and departmental responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility in a 24/7 operation

Required qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills with a strong results orientation
• Ability to remain calm and composed when processing difficult information
• Weekend availability, with at least one weekend day required per week
• Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM and experience using MS Office
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that values innovation and healthy debate
