Job Summary

To support a high-performance culture, the remote Bilingual Communication Specialist will handle inbound calls related to confidential workplace concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience while managing sensitive information.

Key responsibilities

• Engage reporters with care and ensure their information is handled confidentially
• Answer calls promptly, guiding reporters through the intake process with good judgment
• Assist with special projects and departmental responsibilities as assigned

Required qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills with a strong results orientation
• Ability to remain calm and composed in distressing situations
• Weekend availability, with the ability to work at least one weekend day per week
• Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM and experience using MS Office
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, candid environment that values innovation
