Bilingual Communications Specialist

Job Summary

Providing support to consumers, the part-time hourly Bilingual Communications Specialist will answer incoming phone calls in both English and Spanish, offering knowledgeable responses and assistance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a direct point of contact for individuals registering for assistance and provide courteous responses to inquiries
• Conduct scripted interviews to determine needs and enter information into a Windows-based database
• Escalate issues from dissatisfied callers to the appropriate channels while maintaining professionalism

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Must have a high-speed internet connection
