Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

To support underserved communities, the full-time Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist will engage and enroll individuals with Serious Mental Illness/Substance Use Disorder and high medical needs through virtual outreach and in-person interactions, working remotely with a schedule of Thursday to Monday.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program via phone, text, email, and in-person at partner locations
• Provide education about Pair Team's services and link eligible members to the Enhanced Care Management program
• Manage the end-to-end enrollment process and meet key enrollment metrics to support the mission of improving community wellbeing

Required Qualifications

• Located in the United States with a HIPAA-compliant workspace
• 1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong communication skills in both languages
• Proven track record of exceeding performance indicators and results-driven
• Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
