Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

To support community engagement efforts, the full-time Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist will remotely identify, outreach, and enroll individuals with serious mental illness or high medical needs, working primarily Thursday through Monday while maintaining effective communication with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program through various communication methods, including phone, text, email, and in-person
• Educate partners about Pair Team's services and link eligible members to the Enhanced Care Management program
• Manage the enrollment process, ensuring timely communication and updates on funnel stages while meeting key enrollment metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening
• 1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment
• Strong technical skills and comfort with utilizing multiple technology platforms
• A valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
• Located in the United States with a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace
