Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist to engage and enroll individuals with Serious Mental Illness/Substance Use Disorder and high medical needs, primarily working remotely with a schedule of Thursday to Monday, while leveraging community relationships and effective communication to promote healthcare access.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program through various communication methods
• Listen openly to eligible members and provide education on Pair Team's services, addressing any hesitations they may have
• Manage the end-to-end enrollment funnel, ensuring timely communication and updates regarding the process

Required Qualifications

• Located in the United States with a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace
• 1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening
• Strong technical skills and comfort with multiple technology platforms
• A valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
