Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing initiative, the full-time Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist will engage with and enroll individuals facing serious mental illness, substance use disorder, and homelessness, primarily working remotely with a schedule of Thursday to Monday.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, outreach, and enroll eligible individuals into the program through various communication methods, including phone, text, email, and in-person interactions
• Educate partners about Pair Team's services, focusing on linking eligible members to the Enhanced Care Management program
• Manage the end-to-end enrollment process, ensuring effective communication and meeting key enrollment metrics to support underserved communities

Required Qualifications

• Located in the United States with a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace
• 1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills in both languages
• Proven track record of exceeding performance indicators and a commitment to community improvement
• Strong technical skills and comfort with multiple technology platforms
