Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist to remotely engage and enroll individuals facing Serious Mental Illness/Substance Use Disorder, homelessness, or high medical needs, working Thursday to Monday while meeting key enrollment metrics and promoting effective communication with partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program through various communication methods
• Listen openly to eligible members, understanding their unique situations and fostering trust
• Educate partners on Pair Team's services and effectively manage the enrollment process

Required Qualifications

• Located in the United States with a HIPAA-compliant workspace
• 1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills
• Proficient with multiple technology platforms
• A valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
