Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist to work remotely on weekends, who will engage and enroll individuals with Serious Mental Illness/Substance Use Disorder and high medical needs through virtual outreach and in-person interactions, while fostering trust and understanding of healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program through various communication methods
• Listen openly to eligible members, adapting communication styles to build trust and facilitate enrollment
• Educate partners about Pair Team's services, linking eligible members to the Enhanced Care Management program

Required Qualifications

• Located in the United States with a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace
• 1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening
• Strong technical skills and comfort with multiple technology platforms
• A valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
