Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing mission-driven organization, the full-time Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist will engage and enroll individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorder, and high medical needs, working remotely with a schedule of Thursday to Monday.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program through various communication methods
• Listen openly to eligible members, understanding their unique situations and building trust
• Educate partners about services and link eligible members to the Enhanced Care Management program

Required Qualifications

• Located in the United States with a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace
• 1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening
• Results-driven with a proven track record of exceeding performance indicators
• Strong technical skills and comfort using multiple technology platforms
